This is the best Japanese steakhouse in town. The sushi is ok, but this restaurant blows away all other Japanese steakhouses in town as far as food is concerned. Go for lunch on Sunday and the price is moderate, all other times it is a little pricey.

THIS IS THE BEST JAPANESE STEAK HOUSE IN SPRINGFIELD...SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY..EVERYTIME IS AMAZING FROM THE ENTIRE STAFFS HOSPITALITY TO THE QUALITY OF SUSHI AND THE GRILL

I have been all over the US and have found Nakato's to be the best anywhere. I am a flight attendant and travel to every state and no resturant has beaten this place yet. It is a great place to eat with just your date or with many people, the more the better. It might be pricey but the experience is worth it, so is the food. The cooks are GREAT but the waitstaff is a little slow. Reorder your drinks before you run out. It takes a while to get your next drink. You will go home with a doggie bag. They give you lots of food eat. Enjoy your food and sushi.

Everything about the place is wonderful, it is great for a fun date as well as a family place to go... they chefs are very entertaining, and no matter if you like sushi or not, it has something for everyone
