There motto is "No rules, just right!", and they really mean it. You can request anything you want, and if it is possible they will do their best to accomodate. I requested salsa last time I went. OB doesn't have salsa, so they sent someone to Wal-mart to get some.

STEAK!

I'm a college kid, so I don't have a load of cash; so, I order the least expensive steak on the menu, I think it was 12oz, and it was PERFECT! I have never tasted a steak with so much flavor, and it was so tender that it melted in my mouth. I ordered it medium, because the wouldn't let me order it med-rare, but that's how it came... PERFECT! The Bloomin Onion Rocked, as did the French Onion Soup and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes! The total ran $40, which included tip (about 19%... I wanted an even number on my debit card), for both my girlfriend and I. Oh yeah, she had Chicken with cheese on top, I don't remember the name... but it had mushrooms too, and it was pretty good as well. I'll be back... just have to save up first.
