We were seated and for 15 minutes no-one acknowledged our presence. There were 5 servers in the kitchen just chatting. I was very upset and left without anyone speaking to us. I went to the location on Sunshine and within 20 minutes of being seated, had drinks and the food brought to the table. Our server at Sunshine was Christina and she was the best.

I eat here very regularly and the service and management are exceptional. You can tell they go out of their way to serve each customer fully!

I have been here 4 times since I moved to Springfield and each time it is AWESOME. The cost is lower than most dine in places, and their BBQ sauce is great! I highly reccomend this place!

During our visit we had a very friendly greeting, our server introduced herself and suggested the Smoken Chicken Nachos, which were excellent! I had the ribs and my wife had the pulled pork. The ribs were tender and the pulled pork was succulent! Offered dessert but were too full, we'll try dessert next time.

I must differ with the other post. We think the Rib Crib is the best in town.
